Galaxy Entertainment Group Organized Welcome Reception for San Francisco Symphony An Opportunity to Meet the World-Class Orchestra Musicians

November 6, 2012 – The world-renowned San Francisco Symphony will make its 2012 Asia Tour debut in Macau on Wednesday to offer Macau’s citizens an exceptional orchestra experience. As the sponsor of this prestigious performance, Galaxy Entertainment Group (“GEG”) specially arranged a welcome reception for the San Francisco Symphony on Tuesday night and invited guests from around the town to meet with the musicians from the Symphony including its Music Director Mr. Michael Tilson Thomas and the acclaimed pianist Ms. Yuja Wang.

The welcome reception held at Oasis of Galaxy Macau™ was officiated by honorable guests including GEG management, representative from Macau Cultural Affairs Bureau and other socialites such as Mr. Warren Mok, Artistic Director of Macau International Music Festival. Not only have the participants enjoyed a fulfilling evening with good company and beautiful surroundings, but the event has also created an opportunity for the guests to exchange musical insights with the musical talents. Special gifts such as autographed CDs were presented to the honorable guests by Mr. Brent Assink, Executive Director of San Francisco Symphony, making this a truly memorable gathering for both the guests and the musicians.

On behalf of GEG, Mr. John Au, Director of Business Development, extended his warm welcome to the musicians and the invited guests at the reception.
