GEG sees it as a long journey that requires a lot of collaborate effort to make responsible gaming widespread. Thus, the Group focuses on promoting responsible gaming both externally and internally. In communicating responsible gaming to all its members, GEG offers a variety of responsible gaming training courses to its employees so that they understand what responsible gaming stands for, know how to detect problem gambling behavior, understand the measures needed to prevent underage gambling and have up-to-date information on the types of responsible gaming services offered by GEG, the Macau SAR government and other local associations that can assist them and potential at-risk customers.
Underage Gaming
The Macau SAR government forbids individuals aged 18 or younger from entering any of Macau’s gambling properties, and as a socially responsible corporation, GEG achieves in keeping minors off its properties’ gambling areas through strict security and informative measures.

Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion is a confidential service offered to anyone who believes that he/she might have a gambling problem. Self-Exclusion services can be arranged at any of GEG’s gaming properties through the property’s respective Security Officer or Casino Cage.
