Responsible Gaming

OUR PLEDGE TO CUSTOMERS AND THE COMMUNITY

At Galaxy Entertainment Group (“GEG”), our aim is to create a fun and entertaining environment for our customers so that they feel satisfied when leaving our various properties. Yet, seeing that our customers can sometimes go overboard and make insensible gambling choices, GEG offers a range of preemptive responsible gaming facilities that enables our customers to become more informed, introspective and sensible about their gambling decisions.

Responsible gaming is all about helping individuals make the appropriate gambling decisions based on their current and future life expectations, and to effectively communicate this, GEG developed a unique Responsible Gaming Logo to help people become more alert.
