Galaxy is directed by a team of international professionals with a wealth of experience in gaming and entertainment, hospitality, project development and financial management, providing the company with a solid knowledge base and premium standards of high achievement.

Mr. Francis Lui Yiu Tung Mr. Francis Lui Yiu Tung is the Deputy Chairman of the Company. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering and a master of science degree in structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, USA. He is a Member of the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Executive Director of the Chamber of tourism of the All-China Federation of Industry Commerce. Mr. Lui has more than 25 years of management experience and conducting property business in Mainland China, Hong Kong and SE Asia.

Mr. David Banks Mr. David Banks is the Group COO of the Company. Mr. Banks joined the Company in February 2007. He has 10 years senior executive experience in casino industry. Prior to joining Galaxy, he was a former CEO of Casinos for Tabcorp responsible for Star City Casino in Sydney, Jupiters Casino in Gold Coast Queensland, Treasury Casino Brisbane & Townsville Casino in Queensland.

Mr. Heinz Roelz Mr. Heinz Roelz is the Corporate Director of Hotels and Hospitality of the Company. He is the fifth generation of his family in the hotel and hospitality business. He has 44 years experience in hotel/hospitality design, development and management, having worked in Germany, Switzerland, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, USA and China. Mr. Roelz graduated from hotel-management schools in Germany and USA. Prior to joining Galaxy, he was formerly the Executive Vice President Stanford Hotels International - Asia and USA where he joined in 1979 from Mandarin Oriental Hotels in Hong Kong and Jakarta.

Mr. Ciaran Carruthers Mr. Ciaran Carruthers is the Chief Operating Officer of StarWorld Hotel and Casino. Mr. Carruthers joined the Company in late 2002. He has 19 years of experience in the gaming and resort industry in various countries including, the UK, the US Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Australia, the Philippines, Singapore and Macau. He has specialized in the Asia Pacific gaming industry for the past 15 years, consulting to various Casino Groups such as Crown, Tabcorp and Pagcor.

Mr. Roland To Chi Kay Mr. Roland To is the Strategic Planning Director of the Company. Mr. To joined the Company in early 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience with respect to project finance, mergers and acquisitions and credit re-structuring. Prior to joining Galaxy, he worked for major banks including Schroders, Dao Heng Bank and DBS.
