He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a Master of Science degree in structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, USA. He is a Member of the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Executive Director of the Chamber of tourism of the All-China Federation of Industry Commerce. Mr. Lui has more than 25 years of management experience and conducting property business in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Michael Mecca President & Chief Operating Officer Mr. Mecca is President and Chief Operating Officer of Galaxy Entertainment Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Oklahoma, USA. He has held senior executive roles with a number of globally recognized gaming and hospitality brands including Station Casinos Inc., L.V., Mandalay Resort Group, L.V., Ceasars World, Inc. L.V. and Crown Ltd., Melbourne, Australia. Prior to joining Galaxy Entertainment Group, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas.

Mr. Robert Drake Group Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Robert Drake Group Chief Financial Officer Mr. Drake is the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Galaxy Entertainment Group, he was Vice President, Finance of Harrah's Entertainment's Western Division in Las Vegas which primarily includes Harrah's 13 properties in Nevada including Caesars Palace, Paris and Flamingo. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Wm Sword & Co., a boutique investment banking firm located in Princeton, New Jersey. He earned his MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester and Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College.

Mr. Heinz Roelz Director – Hotels & Hospitality Mr. Roelz is the Director – Hotels & Hospitality of the Company. He is the fifth generation of his family in the hotel and hospitality business. He has over 45 years experience in hotel/hospitality design, development and management, having worked in Germany, Switzerland, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, USA and China. Mr. Roelz graduated from hotel management schools in Germany and USA. Prior to joining Galaxy Entertainment Group, he was the Executive Vice President of Stanford Hotels International – Asia and USA which he joined in 1979 from Mandarin Oriental Hotels in Hong Kong and Jakarta.

He joins the Company with an impressive pedigree in senior corporate IT roles from 1984 to 2006 with a number of public and global companies including Foster’s Group Ltd, Crown Ltd and Cadbury Schweppes, Australia. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Farnsworth was the Executive General Manager, Business Process & Information Systems of ABB Grain Ltd, a leading Agribusiness in Australia.

He is a qualified architect designer with extensive international experience in design, and construction management of large and complex projects including hotels, resorts, theme parks, entertainment centers, residential developments, shopping centers and sports stadiums in Asia, Europe, Middle East and USA. Prior to joining the Company, he held a senior executive position in charge of a mega project development in Macau.

He has more than 25 years of experience with respect to project finance, mergers and acquisitions and credit re-structuring. Prior to joining Galaxy Entertainment Group, he worked for major banks including Schroders, Dao Heng Bank and DBS.

Mr. Steven Wolstenholme Chief Operating Officer – Galaxy Macau™

Mr. Steven Wolstenholme Chief Operating Officer – Galaxy Macau™ He was the former Vice President of Operations, Niagara Casinos overseeing all operational issues at both Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara Resort, Niagara Falls in Canada. He has over 28 years of extensive gaming and resort experience in various countries including the USA, Bahamas and England and with casino groups such as Atlantis Resort & Casino, Sun International and Mohegan Sun.

Mr. Gabriel Hunterton Chief Operating Officer – StarWorld

Mr. Gabriel Hunterton Chief Operating Officer – StarWorld Mr. Hunterton is the Chief Operating Office, StarWorld. He has had an intense and diverse gaming career spanning 12 years in Las Vegas and Macau. Mr. Hunterton commenced his career initially as a dealer at the Treasure Island Resort in Las Vegas. He quickly advanced to the position of Director of Slot Operations at the Mirage Hotel Casino and then progressed to a National Marketing Director role at the Bellagio Hotel Casino, Las Vegas. Prior to joining the company, he spent three years in Senior Operational and Business Development leadership roles with MGM Grand, Macau.

He has been with the KWah Group for over 15 years and he was one of the key members in the Galaxy Entertainment Group pre-opening management team to establish the Human Resources & Administration Department. Prior to taking up his current role, he held senior executive positions in human resources, public relations and government relations in the Group and had worked with major companies and organizations such as Hong Kong & China Gas and Hong Kong Productivity Council.
