GEG Organizes Team Members to Visit the National Security Education Exhibition

April 16, 2026 – Galaxy Entertainment Group (“GEG”) actively promotes national education through a wide range of initiatives, helping team members, local youth, and the community deepen their understanding of the country’s development and achievements. As part of the GEG National Education Series, GEG once again supported the National Security Education Exhibition, jointly organized by the Macau SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macau SAR. On the first day that the exhibition opened to the public, GEG organized a visit for its team members, demonstrating its commitment to national priorities in line with the country’s 15th Five-Year Plan and the Macau SAR’s Third Five-Year Plan. This initiative not only enhanced team members’ awareness of national security, but also further promoted the spirit of patriotism and love for Macau.

Today, a group of GEG team members visited the exhibition. With the support of professional docent guidance and on-site audio narration, participants gained a deeper understanding of the vital role national security plays in safeguarding people’s livelihoods and social stability. This year’s exhibition, themed “Coordinating Development and Security, Safeguarding the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan”, features a prologue and five thematic sections. Through display panels, multimedia elements, and interactive experiences, the exhibition showcases the achievements of the country and Macau in coordinating development and security, while highlighting the importance of strengthening the national security framework at the outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Moreover, GEG continues to promote national security within the wider community group through diverse initiatives. During the exhibition period, GEG will support local associations and youth groups in hosting and participating in screenings of the security-themed movie “Scare Out”. Produced under the guidance of the Ministry of State Security, the movie addresses contemporary national security issues from multiple perspectives, helping raise awareness among participants. In addition, GEG has promoted the exhibition through its mobile application “GEG Buzz”, encouraging more team members and their families to learn about the exhibition’s key messages and deepen their understanding of national security topics.

Over the years, GEG has remained committed to promoting national education through its National Education Series, offering a variety of initiatives that help team members and local youth better understand the country’s development and achievements. Earlier this year, GEG hosted the annual “Sharing Session on the NPC and CPPCC – GEG National Education Series”, which attracted more than 800 team members and students, with the highlight video reaching over 20,000 team members. GEG also continues to support young people in learning about national development and achievements, including title sponsoring the “GEG Macau Cup – Youth National Education Competition” for 18 consecutive years, attracting more than 160,000 student participants to date. In addition, GEG has served as title sponsor of the “GEG Astronomy Cup” for two consecutive years, enabling youth to gain insight into the country’s progress in scientific research and innovation. Furthermore, GEG has co‑organized the GEG Youth Achievement Program (“YAP”) with the Macau Management Association for 15 consecutive years, providing training opportunities to over 3,600 participants. YAP also features the “Heart in Macau, Roots in China” series, which combines intangible cultural heritage experiences with study tours, helping young people deepen their understanding of Chinese culture.
