GEG Invited Underprivileged Associations’ Members to Cyril Magic Show

December 10, 2015 The Broadway Theatre at Broadway Macau™ brought a wide range of cultural and entertaining performance to local citizens and overseas tourists since its grand opening in May this year. This past weekend, Galaxy Entertainment Group (“GEG”) invited the world-renowned illusionist Cyril to have his first-ever public performance in the Broadway Theatre. The audience included citizens and tourists as well as members from Macau Deaf Association and Macau Association for the Mentally Handicapped who were offered a chance to meet the illusionist up close and personal. In addition, GEG donated MOP100,000 to the two associations to support their daily operations.

Fifty members from Macau Deaf Association and Macau Association for the Mentally Handicapped were invited to Broadway Theatre while over ten GEG volunteers offered their services to them by handing out snacks and drinks before entering the Theatre. Ip Chi Chao from Macau Association for the Mentally Handicapped said, “The show is fantastic! I am so excited by the mysterious and amazing magic played by the magician.” After the show, GEG specially arranged a private meeting for the members of Macau Association for the Mentally Handicapped with illusionist Cyril and they showed their appreciation for his mesmerizing magic. Cyril took time personally greet each of the members and gifted everyone a personal signed photo.

Furthermore, GEG donated MOP100,000 to Macau Deaf Association and Macau Association for the Mentally Handicapped for supporting their daily operations and facilities in order to enhance the living of the underprivileged people. GEG will continue to actively participate in community services and assist all sectors of the society. GEG not only serves the community with a philanthropic spirit, but also strives to build a harmonious and stable future for Macau.
