Two experience programs were set up in the back-of-house areas: the Safety Special Force, which taught team members correct posture through competitive games, and the Occupational Health Promotion Station, which taught team members about improving their physical fitness by testing their grip strength, back strength and sit and reach ability. The experience programs attracted 14 teams to participate in the Occupational Safety and Health Competition Day. Ms. Lam Iok Cheong, Head of Occupational Safety & Health Department of DSAL presented awards and prizes to the members of the winning teams.
GEG recognizes its team members as its most valuable assets, proactively promoting safety and health in the workplace and constantly improving its safety procedures and control measures.
